You can easily create a LuggageHero booking using your email, phone number, or Apple/Google Pay.


Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a booking confirmation via email or SMS, depending on your preferences.


Both messages include a link to your booking page, where you can view your details, directions, and storage information.

If you book using Apple Pay or Google Pay, your confirmation will be sent to the email address associated with your payment method.


Directions

Exact directions and addresses are provided after you book. This ensures a smooth drop-off and arrival experience.


You’ll find your location’s address, phone number, and directions on your booking page.


Drop-off and pick-up times

You can drop off and collect your bags any time during the opening hours of your selected partner location.


Each location’s hours are listed on your booking page.


If you need 24/7 storage, use the filter on our website or app to find locations with around-the-clock availability.


Pricing

LuggageHero offers both Hourly and Daily pricing options.


Rates may vary depending on the storage location, and all prices are displayed clearly in your Order Summary before confirming your booking.

Final cost

Your final cost is calculated automatically when you collect your bags and stop your storage timer.

Our system will also automatically end your timer if:

  • Your bags remain checked in after the location closes (hourly rate), or

  • Your booking exceeds the selected storage duration (daily rate).

These automated checks ensure accurate and fair billing for your storage time.


Cancellation

You can cancel your booking free of charge until midnight (local time) the day before your scheduled drop-off.


If you prefer to store your luggage at another location, you can book a new spot; your previous booking will be disregarded.

Same-day cancellations:
A reduced cancellation fee applies for cancellations made on the same day as your booking.


No-show policy

If you fail to show up for your booking and do not cancel, a no-show fee equal to one full day of storage per bag will be charged.

Booking protection

Every booking includes protection against listing inaccuracies or check-in issues.
If you experience a problem upon arrival, such as the location being closed or unrecognizable, you can report an incident directly from your booking page.

Our Customer Success Team will look over the issue and help you as soon as possible.
