How do I find nearby storage locations?
Enter your destination city or specific area in the search bar.
You’ll see a list and map of nearby partner locations, including:
Opening hours
Address and directions
Distance from attractions or stations
You can filter results to find the most convenient spot for your travel plans.
How do I choose storage duration and number of bags?
After selecting a location:
Choose how long you’ll store your bags (by the hour or day).
Enter the number of bags to ensure capacity is available.
Tip: You can extend or shorten your storage time from the app at any time.
How is the price calculated?
Pricing depends on:
The location’s hourly or daily rate
Any optional insurance coverage or additional services
You’ll see the total cost before confirming your booking.
Review your total and agree to the terms and conditions before paying.
What happens after I book?
After payment, you’ll receive a confirmation email with:
Your booking ID
The address and directions to the location
Instructions for dropping off and picking up your luggage
You can access your confirmation anytime from your LuggageHero account or email.
How do I drop off and pick up my luggage?
At the location:
Open your booking in the app or confirmation email.
Tap “Start storage timer” when you leave your luggage.
When collecting your bags, tap “Stop storage timer.”
This automatically ends your booking and processes your payment.
