Activation
Go Live:
Once your location is activated, travelers can find you at app.luggagehero.com and book luggage storage directly.
Walk-In Bookings:
If you receive travelers without a booking, please request they scan the provided HeroCode. You can download a temporary version of the HeroCode directly from your Dashboard if needed.
Marketing Materials
HeroCode Sticker & Display Stand:
A HeroCode sticker and a display stand will be ordered for your location.Once received, please get in touch with support to activate the QR codes. This activation ensures you can leverage walk-in bookings at a highly reduced commission rate.
Payout
Quarterly Payouts:
Payouts are processed quarterly. Please connect a valid payout method to your account to receive your earnings without interruption.
