Your payouts from LuggageHero typically arrive in your bank account within 5-10 business days after processing. To ensure smooth transactions, follow these steps:
Verify Payout Account: Make sure your payout account is verified and capable of receiving payouts. Check that the IBAN provided is correct.
Identify the Payment on Bank Statement:
Statement Descriptor: Look for an inbound payment with the statement descriptor that reads "LuggageHero" or "LUGGAGEHER".
Invoice Reference: Match the payment amount to the 'balance in your favor' amount listed on your last invoice in the billing section of your Dashboard.
