Understanding the Partner Levels
HeroBasic
All new partners start at the HeroBasic level. This level allows partners to get accustomed to the LuggageHero system and start accepting luggage storage bookings. HeroBasic partners receive standard support and resources to help manage bookings and customer interactions efficiently.
SuperHero
The SuperHero level is designed for partners exceeding standard service quality expectations and customer satisfaction. To qualify for this level, partners must meet specific criteria:
Check-In Ratio: SuperHeroes must achieve a check-in ratio above 90%. This means that at least 9 out of 10 customers who book a storage slot must check in on arrival.
Customer Ratings: Partners must maintain an average customer rating of above 4.7 stars.
Usage of HeroCode: SuperHeroes must use the HeroCode (a QR code system) to manage walk-in bookings every month.
These criteria are assessed monthly, and the partner level for the next month is determined on the 1st of each month.
