1. Partner Levels Overview
HeroBasic
All new partners begin at the HeroBasic level.
This level provides full access to LuggageHero’s booking system, along with standard tools and resources for managing daily operations.
HeroBasic partners have access to:
Standard visibility in search results
Access to core partner support
Booking management via the Partner Dashboard
Access to marketing materials (standard pricing applies)
SuperHero
The SuperHero level is reserved for partners who consistently deliver outstanding service quality and maintain excellent customer satisfaction.
To qualify, partners must meet all of the following criteria:

Check-in ratio | At least 90% (9 out of 10 bookings must be checked in) |
Customer rating | Maintain an average rating above 4.7 stars |
HeroCode usage | Use the HeroCode to manage walk-in bookings each month |
Performance is reviewed monthly, and partner levels are updated on the 1st of each month.

From time to time, SuperHero partners receive exclusive access to promotional campaigns, offering opportunities for more bookings and higher earnings.
Free Marketing Materials
SuperHeroes can order select marketing materials free of charge, subject to availability.
