The HeroCode and LuggageHero service fees
The HeroCode automatically detects if a customer has a booking. If a customer without a booking before arrival scans the HeroCode (QR code), he will instantly be asked to create a booking.
Only a 3% service fee from LuggageHero applies if a booking is created through the HeroCode. The customer will have the option to add insurance to their booking.
