At LuggageHero, we understand that travel plans can change. If you need to use a different storage location than the one you originally booked, you can easily switch without canceling your existing booking.

Can I change my storage location after booking?

Yes. If you decide to drop off your bags at a different LuggageHero location, our system automatically detects the change when you start your storage timer at the new location.

Once your timer begins, your reserved space at the previously booked location will be released automatically. You do not need to cancel the original booking manually.


What do I need to know before switching locations?

To ensure the system can link your bookings correctly:

  • Use the same LuggageHero account for both the original and new booking.

  • Make sure your new booking is made through the app or website while logged in to the same account.

  • Start your storage timer only at the location where you actually drop off your bags.

Following these steps ensures your old reservation is automatically released, preventing duplicate charges or active timers.


What happens to my previous booking?

When you start storage at a new location, LuggageHero automatically removes your reserved space from the previous one.


This process happens instantly once your new timer is active.

If you accidentally made the new booking using a different email address or account, the system will not detect the change automatically. In that case, you can contact our support team for manual assistance.
