This includes changing your drop-off and pick-up times, updating the number of bags, or adjusting your pricing preferences.
How to modify your booking
Go to your booking page on the LuggageHero website or in the mobile app.
Select Booking options or click Modify in the booking summary section.
Make any necessary changes, such as:
Changing the drop-off or pick-up date
Adjusting the number of bags
Adding or removing insurance
Changing the pricing model (hourly or daily)
All updates will automatically be reflected in your booking summary.
Can I modify my booking after starting the timer?
You can only adjust your pick-up date after starting your storage timer.
However, changes to location, pricing model, bags, or insurance can only be made before the storage timer begins.
What if my booking has already expired?
If your original luggage storage reservation with LuggageHero has ended and you need to extend the storage period, you can easily do so by following these steps:
Step-by-Step Guide to Extending Your Storage
Create a New Booking
Open the LuggageHero app or website.
Select the same storage location where your luggage is currently stored.
Create a new booking for the additional day(s) you need. Ensure that the check-in and check-out times match your updated storage requirements.
Show the New Booking Confirmation
After completing the new booking, locate the booking confirmation in your app or email.
Present the new booking confirmation to the shop staff at the storage location. This step ensures that your luggage remains covered and tracked under the new reservation.
Start the Timer (if applicable)
If your new booking requires you to start a storage timer, make sure to activate it immediately after creating the reservation. This ensures that your storage period is accurately recorded.
Why Does the Storage Timer End?
The storage timer or service ends because the original booking was set for a specific duration, typically one day. Once the reserved time expires, the system automatically concludes the booking. To continue using the storage service, a new booking must be created.

Always ensure that your new booking is for the same location where your luggage is stored.
