How to book
Visit LuggageHero.com or open the LuggageHero mobile app (available for iOS and Android).
Enter your destination city or specific area where you need storage.
Select your preferred storage location based on distance, opening hours, or pricing.
Choose your drop-off and pick-up times, then confirm your booking.
You’ll receive a confirmation email or SMS with your booking details, including the exact address and directions.
What happens if you arrive without booking
If you go to a partner location without an active booking:
The location will not be able to accept your bags, as all storage must be confirmed online.
You can quickly create a same-day booking using the LuggageHero app or website while nearby.
Once the booking is confirmed, you can immediately proceed to check in your luggage.
