This link gives them access to the necessary information to confirm the collection and complete the payment when the bags are picked up.

Only share your booking link with someone you trust, as it provides access to your active booking.

The person collecting your luggage must press the “Stop Storage Timer” button when picking up the bags.

This step ends the storage period and automatically triggers the payment for the duration of storage.

If the timer is not stopped, your booking remains active and may continue to accrue charges.

When checking in your luggage:

This helps the partner location staff identify your bags correctly and ensures a smooth handover.

When you drop off your luggage, tell the shop manager or staff that someone else will collect it on your behalf.

This ensures the staff are aware of the arrangement and can assist the person collecting your bags when they arrive.
