This ensures your spot is reserved and that the partner location is ready to receive your bags upon arrival.
Why booking before arrival is required
All LuggageHero locations operate on a reservation basis. When you book in advance, our system confirms your spot and notifies the storage location. Arriving without a confirmed booking may result in your luggage being unable to be stored.
Advance booking ensures that:
A space is reserved for your bags
The partner location is notified before you arrive
The correct price and insurance options are applied
Your drop-off and pick-up are properly registered in the system
How to place a booking
Go to the LuggageHero website or open the mobile app.
Enter your destination or the area where you need storage.
Choose your preferred location based on opening hours, distance, or amenities.
Select the number of bags and your drop-off and pick-up times.
Complete your booking before heading to the location.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with your booking reference, address, and check-in instructions.
What if I arrive without booking?
If you visit a location without an active booking, the partner will not be able to accept your bags.
Bookings must always be made and confirmed online or through the app before arrival.
If you’re already at a location and need storage immediately, you can make a same-day booking online while standing nearby. Once confirmed, you can check in right away.
