Access your booking page
After booking, open the link sent by email or SMS to view your booking details.
Start the storage timer
Tap “Start Storage Timer” in your booking page to begin your storage period.
You may be asked to confirm the number of bags you are storing.
Capture the bag image
Tap the camera icon or designated button to open your device’s camera.
Take a clear photo showing all your bags and any unique features (tags, color, or shape).
Confirm and save
Review the photo for clarity before saving it.
If needed, retake it to ensure the image is accurate.
Once confirmed, the image will be securely saved to your booking.
