You’ll be prompted to take a photo when starting the storage timer from your booking page.


This step helps document what you’ve stored and speeds up retrieval.


How to take a photo of your bags

  1. Access your booking page

    • After booking, open the link sent by email or SMS to view your booking details.

  2. Start the storage timer

    • Tap “Start Storage Timer” in your booking page to begin your storage period.

    • You may be asked to confirm the number of bags you are storing.

  3. Capture the bag image

    • Tap the camera icon or designated button to open your device’s camera.

    • Take a clear photo showing all your bags and any unique features (tags, color, or shape).

  4. Confirm and save

    • Review the photo for clarity before saving it.

    • If needed, retake it to ensure the image is accurate.

    • Once confirmed, the image will be securely saved to your booking.

  2. Tap “Stop Storage Timer.”

  3. A pick-up confirmation screen will appear showing your booking details and the photo of your bags.
