Thank you for your interest in joining the LuggageHero Partner Program! As a partner, you'll become part of our global network of trusted local businesses and hotels offering secure, on-demand luggage storage for travelers.

This article explains how to sign up, get approved, and go live on the LuggageHero platform.


Purpose To guide new partners through the signup and onboarding process for becoming an approved LuggageHero location.

1. Visit the partner signup page

Go to Become a LuggageHero Partner to create your account.

During signup you'll register with your email address, name, and phone number, then complete a short setup wizard to add your business details, location, and opening hours.

2. Wait for approval

Once your application is submitted:

  • Our Partner Onboarding Team will review your information

  • You'll receive an email or phone update once your profile has been approved

  • Review time is usually 1–3 business days, depending on region and application volume


3. Complete your activation checklist

Approval is not the same as going live. After your account is approved, you must complete the following tasks before your location becomes visible to travelers. You can track your progress from the Pending Tasks checklist on your Dashboard Home screen.

Required before going live:

  • ✅ Accept the Terms of Service

  • ✅ Set up your payout account via Stripe (required to receive any earnings)

  • ✅ Upload a storefront photo

  • ✅ Download and display your HeroCode signage

Also recommended:

  • ✅ Set accurate opening hours including any holiday exceptions — inaccurate hours are the most common cause of traveler incidents

Your location will not appear on LuggageHero.com or the app until all required tasks are complete.


4. Prepare your location and staff

Before your first booking arrives:

  • Designate a safe, clearly defined storage area for luggage

  • Make sure all staff are familiar with LuggageHero's drop-off and pick-up procedures

  • Display your HeroCode signage prominently at the entrance so walk-in travelers can find you

  • Review our storage and security guidelines in the Help Center to ensure compliance


5. Start accepting bookings

Once your location is live:

  • Travelers can find and book your location at app.luggagehero.com

  • You'll receive online bookings (advance and same-day) as well as walk-in bookings via your HeroCode

  • Manage bookings, track earnings, and update your listing at any time from your Dashboard

Walk-in bonus: You earn a bonus every time you reach 20 registered walk-in customers. This is tracked live on your Dashboard Home screen.
