This article explains how to sign up, get approved and go live on the LuggageHero platform.
Purpose To guide new partners through the signup and onboarding process for becoming an approved LuggageHero location.

1. Sign up
Go to Become a LuggageHero Partner to create your account. You'll register with your email address, name and phone number, then complete a short setup wizard with your business details, location and opening hours.

2. Follow your Pending Tasks checklist
Your Dashboard home screen shows a Pending Tasks checklist. It tells you which steps are needed before your storage location can go live, and which can follow afterwards. Follow the checklist — it always reflects what is currently required.
3. Send your storage location for review
When the steps needed to go live are done, press Send my storage location for review in the checklist. Our team reviews your storage location only after you have sent it, so make sure you complete this step. We'll let you know once your storage location is approved and live.
4. Prepare your location and staff
Before your first booking arrives:
Designate a safe, clearly defined storage area for luggage
Make sure all staff are familiar with LuggageHero's drop-off and pick-up procedures
Display your HeroCode signage prominently at the entrance so walk-in travelers can find you

5. Start accepting bookings
Once your storage location is live:
Travelers can find and book your location on LuggageHero
You'll receive online bookings as well as walk-in bookings via your HeroCode
Manage bookings, track earnings and update your listing at any time from your Dashboard
