This guide outlines how to activate your location, manage bookings, access your Partner Dashboard, and receive payouts.

1. Activation
Go Live
Once your location is activated, travelers can find and book your storage directly at app.luggagehero.com.
Walk-In Bookings
If travelers arrive without a booking:
Ask them to scan your HeroCode (QR code) to create a walk-in booking.
You can download a temporary HeroCode directly from your Dashboard under “Location Tools.”
Walk-in bookings automatically apply a reduced commission rate.
2. Marketing Materials
HeroCode Sticker and Display Stand
Each location receives a HeroCode sticker and a display stand for visibility.
Once you get them, you can contact our support team to activate the QR code.
Activation ensures your code links correctly to your live location and allows walk-in tracking.
3. Payouts
Quarterly or Monthly Payouts
Partner payouts are processed quarterly or monthly.
To receive payments, connect a valid payout method through your Dashboard under Payout Settings.
Please make sure your details are up to date to avoid payout delays.

Password Reset
If you forget your password, click “Forgot Password” on the login page.
A reset link will be sent to the email associated with your account.

Upload a storefront image for easier traveler recognition
