This guide explains how to add your payout details, complete verification, and what to do if automatic payouts aren’t supported in your country.

1. How to add a payout method
To set up your payout details:
Go to Dashboard → Your Payout Methods → Add Payout Method
Your payout country will automatically match the country of your storage location.
Select your Bank Account Country.
Select your Bank Account Currency.
Enter your Bank Account Details and click Next.
Once completed, you’ll proceed to the verification step.
2. Verification
LuggageHero uses Stripe, a trusted third-party payment processor, to securely process all partner payouts.
You’ll be redirected to a Stripe verification page to complete your KYC (Know Your Customer) process.
After you submit the required information, you’ll be redirected back to LuggageHero.
Verification is mandatory before any payouts can be issued.
3. What is KYC (Know Your Customer)?
KYC regulations require us to collect and verify details about all payout recipients.
These requirements are standard financial procedures designed to prevent fraud and ensure compliance with international regulations.
Information Stripe may collect includes:
The individual creating the Stripe account
The business is linked to the account
The individuals who ultimately own or control the business
LuggageHero does not store or have access to this sensitive information. It is handled securely by Stripe.
