Step-by-Step Guide to Adjusting Your Rates

Sign in to Your Storage Manager Dashboard

To begin, please use your credentials to sign in to your Storage Manager Dashboard.

This dashboard is your one-stop destination for managing all aspects of your storage location on our platform.

Navigate to 'Locations You Manage'

Once logged in, navigate to the "Locations you manage" section. This section provides an overview of all the storage locations under your management and allows you to make changes to each one individually.

Select 'Pricing'

You will find various management options in the "Locations you manage" section. Click on the "Pricing" button. This will take you to a page where you can adjust the rates for your storage spaces.

Adjust Rates for Self-Acquired Bookings

Start by clicking "Enable custom walk-in pricing."

In the "Pricing" section, you can adjust the hourly and daily rates for self-acquired bookings through the HeroCode. All rates are shown as per bag.

Save Your Changes

After adjusting the rates as you'd like, please save your changes. This will update the rates immediately and be reflected in future bookings made using the HeroCode.

Default pricing
