Adjusting Storage Rates for Self-Acquired Bookings Using HeroCode

We understand how important flexibility is when managing your pricing, especially for bookings you acquire through your own marketing efforts using the HeroCode system.

This guide walks you through how to adjust hourly and daily storage rates for self-acquired bookings, giving you full control over your on-site pricing.


Purpose

To explain how partners can set and adjust custom storage rates for self-acquired (HeroCode) bookings.

  • Audience: All Active Partner Locations


1. Sign in to your Storage Manager Dashboard

Go to your Storage Manager Dashboard and log in using your partner credentials.
This dashboard is where you manage all aspects of your storage location, including pricing, bookings, and payouts.


2. Navigate to “Locations You Manage”

Once logged in:

  • Go to Dashboard → Locations You Manage.

  • This section lists all storage locations under your account.

  • Select the specific location where you’d like to adjust rates.


3. Select “Pricing”

Click the “Pricing” button under the chosen location.
This will open the pricing page where you can edit your hourly and daily rates.


4. Enable custom walk-in pricing

To set your own rates for HeroCode (self-acquired) bookings:

  • Click “Enable custom walk-in pricing.”

  • You’ll now be able to adjust hourly and daily rates that apply specifically to customers booking through your HeroCode.

  • All rates are displayed per bag.


5. Adjust and save your rates

Enter your desired hourly and daily prices, then click “Save changes.”
Your new rates will take effect immediately and apply to all future bookings created through your HeroCode.

7. Default pricing option

If you prefer to use standard city or regional rates, simply disable custom walk-in pricing.


When disabled, your location will automatically revert to the default pricing set for your area.
