At LuggageHero, all payments are handled securely online and are only processed after you collect your bags.


This ensures a quick drop-off, smooth pick-up, and a safe payment experience for every customer.


When payment is processed

  • You enter your credit card details when creating a booking.

  • No charge is made until your storage period ends and you stop the storage timer.

  • The total cost is automatically calculated based on your chosen rate and storage duration.

This process guarantees you only pay for the time your bags were stored.


Accepted payment methods

LuggageHero accepts all major credit cards.
Payments can be made using:

  • Visa

  • MasterCard

  • American Express

  • PayPal

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay

Cash payments are not accepted at any LuggageHero location.
All transactions must be completed online through the website or mobile app.

  • Fast check-in and check-out: No manual payment delays at the storage location.

  • Accurate billing: Charges are calculated automatically when you end your storage.

  • Insurance coverage: The LuggageHero insurance policy is valid only when payment is made directly to LuggageHero.
