Every bag booked through LuggageHero.com or the official app is automatically covered by our $500 USD Guarantee against theft or damage while in storage.
For added peace of mind, you can also select optional insurance providing coverage up to $3,000 USD per bag during booking.
How it works
The guarantee applies only to bookings made and paid through LuggageHero.com or the LuggageHero app.
You must have a valid booking ID and proof of both drop-off and pick-up.
Payments made directly to storage locations (outside the LuggageHero platform) are not covered and are in violation of our Terms & Conditions.
We recommend always locking your bags and avoiding storage of valuables such as passports, travel documents, keys, jewelry, or electronics.
Prohibited items
Certain items are not eligible for coverage under our guarantee or optional insurance.
Please review our Prohibited Items List and Terms & Conditions before storing your belongings.
If an incident occurs due to a prohibited item, the guarantee and insurance coverage will not apply.
