Walk-in bonus
LuggageHero pays you a bonus for every 20 walk-in bookings completed at your location. There is no cap. Each time you reach the next 20 walk-ins, a new bonus is triggered.
How much you earn: Your eligible bonus amount is shown in your dashboard. Go to Dashboard → Home to see your current bonus amount and progress toward your next payout.
What counts as a walk-in booking: A booking created at your location by a traveler who scans your HeroCode with no prior online booking. These are recorded in the system as walk-in bookings.
How the bonus is paid: The bonus is paid automatically when you hit each 20 walk-in threshold. You do not need to request it. You will receive a notification by email and SMS when a bonus payout is initiated, and it will appear as a separate line in your payout summary.
How to maximise your walk-in bonus progress
Walk-in volume is driven almost entirely by how visible your HeroCode is to passing travelers.
Display your HeroCode signage at eye level, near your entrance
Make sure the QR code is unobstructed and well-lit
If you have a desk or counter, a desk stand works well alongside window stickers
You can download or order signage materials from Dashboard → Signage
Your dashboard Home screen shows your current walk-in count and how many you need to reach your next bonus. Your account manager can also help you get physical signage materials if you are in a target city.
