SuperHero is LuggageHero's top partner tier, awarded to locations that consistently deliver excellent service and actively drive walk-in bookings through the LuggageHero platform.
SuperHero locations earn higher guaranteed minimum earnings, walk-in bonus rewards, and increased visibility across LuggageHero's marketing channels.
Hero Levels
All locations start at HeroBasic and can progress to SuperHero by meeting the performance requirements below.

Requirements
To qualify for SuperHero status, your location must meet all four of the following:

Average customer rating | Above 4.7 stars |
Incident ratio | Below 2% of total bookings |
Check-in ratio | Above 90% of bookings |
HeroCode usage | Active — via downloaded HeroCode or installed LuggageHero signage |
All four requirements must be met simultaneously. Status is reviewed and updated automatically on the 1st of each month.
How to enroll
The SuperHero program is currently available in selected markets. You can check your eligibility and enroll directly via the SuperHero section in your Partner Dashboard. Your dashboard will show which requirements are met and which still need attention before you can enroll.
If the SuperHero section is not yet visible in your dashboard, the program has not launched in your market yet. Check back regularly for updates.
Maintaining SuperHero status
Status is re-evaluated monthly. If any of the four requirements are no longer met, your location will return to HeroBasic, and SuperHero benefits will be suspended until performance recovers.
