Your HeroCode is the QR code travelers scan to create a walk-in booking at your location. Each code has to be activated before it works — it only takes a minute, and you do it yourself.
What you'll need
Your HeroCode sticker or desk stand.
The activation pin: below each QR code you'll see a URL starting with lughe.ro/ or qr.luggagehero.com/ followed by 3 to 8 digits. Those digits are your activation pin.
Activate your HeroCode
Click "Connect signage".
Follow the steps and enter your activation pin (the digits from the URL under the QR code).
If you have more than one code
Each HeroCode has a unique QR code and must be activated independently. Repeat the steps above for every sticker or desk stand you've received.
Need a code before your sticker arrives?
You can download a temporary HeroCode from your Dashboard → Location Tools and use it for walk-in bookings in the meantime.

Activate at dashboard.luggagehero.com/signage → "Connect signage".
Each code is unique — activate every sticker/stand separately.
