1. Locate your unique HeroCode URL
Each HeroCode sticker and desk stand has a unique URL printed beneath the QR code.
This URL identifies your specific location and is required to complete activation.
2. Log in to your Partner Dashboard
You can access your partner account by visiting the Storage Manager Dashboard.
Once logged in, open the Chat feature in the lower-right corner of your screen.
3. Start the activation process
In the chat window:
Select “Activate HeroCode” from the available options.
Provide the following details when prompted:
Your store name
The email address associated with your LuggageHero account
The unique HeroCode URL printed on your sticker or stand
4. Confirmation of activation
Once you’ve submitted the required details:
You’ll receive a confirmation email and a notification in chat confirming successful activation.
After activation, your HeroCode will be fully functional for check-ins and on-site bookings.
You'll need to receive this confirmation before using the HeroCode to make sure all scans are correctly linked to your location.
5. Important notes
HeroCode uniqueness
Each HeroCode is tied to a single storage location.
The HeroCode downloaded from your Dashboard is automatically unique and cannot be used by any other partner.
Activation confirmation
Activation is required before your HeroCode can process bookings or check-ins.
Unactivated codes will not register scans or link to your account.
6. Using your HeroCode after activation
Once your HeroCode is activated:
Display the sticker and desk stand in a visible area (entrance, counter, or luggage drop-off zone).
Customers can scan the QR code to create bookings or check in instantly.
You’ll receive booking confirmations through your dashboard as usual.
This setup helps streamline your check-in process, reduces manual work, and improves the overall customer experience.
