How to Request Account Termination or Service Deactivation

If you wish to terminate your partnership or deactivate a location or service, please follow these steps to ensure a smooth and compliant process.

LuggageHero values your contribution as a partner, and even if you choose to leave, we aim to make the process efficient and respectful.


Purpose

To guide partners through the correct procedure for account or location termination and ensure proper handling of outstanding obligations.

1. Complete the termination/deactivation request form

Begin by filling out the Partnership Termination/Deactivation Request Form.
You’ll be asked to provide:

  • Your full name and business name

  • The email address associated with your LuggageHero account

  • The reason for termination or deactivation

  • Optional feedback to help us improve our partner experience

  • A confirmation of identity to authorize the request

This ensures your request is verified and processed securely.


2. Review and confirm your details

Before you submit the form, please carefully review all entered information for accuracy.


Once you’re certain, submit the form to proceed with your termination or deactivation request.

You’ll see an on-screen confirmation once your submission is successful.


3. Receive confirmation from LuggageHero

After you submit your request, you will receive an email confirmation that your request is being processed.


Processing may take a few business days, depending on your account type and current bookings.


Important considerations

Active bookings

Please honor any existing customer bookings until they are completed.
Deactivation requests cannot be finalized until all active bookings have been fulfilled or cancelled according to the Terms of Service.

Processing time

Most termination or deactivation requests are processed within 3–5 business days.
You’ll receive final confirmation once your account or location has been successfully closed.

Certain services, campaigns, or agreements may include unique termination clauses or notice periods.
