1. Payment guidelines
Online payments only
All payments should be processed through LuggageHero’s online payment system.
This ensures:
Secure transactions for both you and the customer
Accurate tracking for billing and support
Coverage under LuggageHero’s payment protection policy
Only accept cash payments if explicitly instructed by LuggageHero due to a declined online payment method.
Tracking and payment protection
Payments made through the platform are automatically recorded and visible in your dashboard.
LuggageHero’s protection policy does not cover any payments accepted directly at your location (off-platform), and the partner assumes all related risks.
2. Drop-off guidelines
Registering drop-offs
When a customer arrives at the store to store luggage, always start the storage timer through the HeroCode, the LuggageHero app or booking page.
This step ensures proper documentation and enables our system to:
Verify active storage sessions
Support you if issues arise during storage
Record successful transactions for payout
Failure to register a drop-off will result in the booking being treated as a no-show.
3. No-show policy
Definition
A booking is considered a no-show if the customer pays directly at your store and the drop-off is not registered through LuggageHero.
In this case, a no-show fee will apply to your location and be deducted from your next payout.

Registering drop-offs ensures transparency for all transactions and allows us to:
Maintain accurate records
Provide support for payment or booking issues
