Identify your payout on your bank statement
When your payout arrives, look for the following on your bank statement:
Statement descriptor: The transaction will appear as "LuggageHero" or "LUGGAGEHER"
Amount: Match it to the "Balance in your favor" line on your most recent invoice — found in Dashboard → Billing
When to expect it
Invoices are issued on the 7th of your applicable payout frequency. Payouts typically arrive within 5–10 business days, usually around the 15th.
Verify your payout account
If you're not seeing a payment, confirm your payout details are correct:
Check that your IBAN or bank account number is accurate
Confirm your account can receive international transfers
Make sure your payout method shows as "Verified" in Dashboard → Your Payout Methods
