Receiving Your Payouts

Easily identify your payout from LuggageHero on your bank account statement.

Your payouts from LuggageHero are typically transferred to your bank account within 5–10 business days after processing.


This article explains how to verify your payout details and identify the payment once it appears in your bank account.


Purpose

To help partners confirm receipt of LuggageHero payouts and identify them correctly on their bank statements.

  • Audience: Active Partner Locations and Organization Owners


1. Verify your payout account

To avoid delays or failed transfers, confirm that your payout account details are accurate and verified:

  • Ensure your IBAN or bank account number is correct.

  • Confirm your bank account is active and can receive incoming international transfers.

  • Check that your payout method shows as “Verified” in your Dashboard.

To review your settings:
Go to Dashboard → Your Payout Methods


2. Identify the payment on your bank statement

When your payout arrives, look for the following details to confirm it’s from LuggageHero:

  • Statement Descriptor: The transaction will appear as
    “LuggageHero” or “LUGGAGEHER” on your bank statement.

  • Invoice Reference:
    Match the payout amount to the “Balance in your favor” listed on your most recent invoice in the Billing section of your Dashboard.

This ensures that the payment you received matches your latest processed payout.
