We process payouts on the 7th of each quarter:

All payments completed during the preceding three months to a scheduled payout will be included.

It can take 5-10 business days for the payout is being processed by LuggageHero, until it arrives in your bank account.

I have never received a payout

Be sure to set up a payout method so you can get paid. You can always check the status of your payout method from your Dashboard.

Your money is usually sent as a single payout if you have multiple listings. You can see the earnings for each listing by navigating to Your Dashboard > Billing

Banking systems don't process transactions on weekends or holidays, so your money will be processed the following business day. Please feel free to contact your bank directly if you have any questions.

All transactions may be reviewed before they’re sent. For example, we may review a transaction to prevent fraud. This could result in funds being delayed, paused, or, in rare cases, removed from your account. In these cases, we may be required to limit account permissions and payment transfers, and you may be asked to provide additional information to verify your identity.

Reviews are part of standard processes many companies like LuggageHero conduct to prevent fraud and comply with regulations.

Sometimes, the financial institution or payout method you use to get your money may charge an additional fee(s).

Is your storage location in a country currently not supported by our 3rd party payouts provider?

All bookings you manage are always connected with your profile along with all the payments. Unfortunately, we cannot process the payouts automatically but we are working on finding a solution as quickly as possible. In the meantime, we process payouts manually.

Once your account reaches a minimum revenue of 300 EUR, we can schedule a wire transfer to your bank account. You can keep track of your earnings on your Dashboard.

You can contact our Account management team who will be able to help you with the process. You can expect the payout to appear in your bank account within 5-10 business days after LuggageHero has processed it.

The payout currency will reflect the bank account currency connected with your storage manager profile.
