You can receive updates about your storage location on WhatsApp — for example new bookings, drop-offs, pick-ups and payouts. It works the same in the web Partner Dashboard and in the partner app.
Turn on WhatsApp updates
Go to Profile and find the WhatsApp card. (You may also see a prompt on your Dashboard home screen asking if you want updates on WhatsApp.)
Make sure your mobile number is added. If not, add a phone number first.
Turn on Receive updates from LuggageHero on WhatsApp.
Press Send code. We send a code to your number on WhatsApp.
Enter the code and press Confirm.
Choose what you receive
After confirming your number, you can choose which messages you want. Booking and account updates are switched on by default; news and tips you can switch on one by one. You can change your choices or turn WhatsApp off at any time from the same card.
Good to know
The code is sent on WhatsApp, not by SMS, so the number must have WhatsApp.
You only need to confirm a number once. To use a different number, choose Use a different number.
