With the LuggageHero partner app on your phone, you can get push notifications for new bookings, paid and cancelled bookings, drop-offs, pick-ups and new reviews. Push notifications are only available in the app, not in the web Partner Dashboard.
Turn on push notifications
Download the LuggageHero partner app for iPhone or Android and log in.
When the app asks you to stay informed, press Enable.
Allow notifications when your phone asks for permission.
If you previously blocked notifications, the app shows Notifications are off. Press Open Settings and allow notifications for LuggageHero in your phone's settings.
Choose what you receive
In the app, go to Profile and open the Push notifications card to switch each type of notification on or off.
Good to know
Notification settings can differ per phone, so check them on each device you use.
