If you booked with LuggageHero but didn't get a confirmation — or you can't find your booking — it's usually one of a few simple things. Here's how to locate it or what to do next.
Where your confirmation is sent
Your confirmation is sent to the email address and/or phone number you entered when booking, normally within a few minutes.
Check your spam/junk folder and the Promotions tab.
Search your inbox for "LuggageHero".
Make sure you're checking the same email address you used to book.
Find your booking
Open app.luggagehero.com and sign in with the same email you booked with.
Your active and upcoming bookings appear on your booking page.
If you booked as a guest (without an account), your booking link lives only in the confirmation email/SMS.
If you still can't find your booking
What to do depends on whether your storage has started:
You haven't dropped off your bags yet (booking not activated): the simplest fix is to make a new booking. Confirmations can't be resent, and an un-started booking that doesn't appear isn't holding any space.
Your bags are already stored (booking active, timer running): please contact support so we can locate your booking and help. The storage location's staff can also help stop your storage timer from their dashboard when you pick up.
If you were charged but don't see a booking
A charge that looks pending is often a temporary authorisation that hasn't fully completed. See Why you see two transactions.
If a payment failed, the booking may not have completed. See Failed payments.
Double-check you didn't book with a different email address than the one you're searching.
If a charge remains but no booking exists, contact support with the last 4 digits of the card and the approximate time and location so we can investigate.
