When a traveler arrives but can't find their booking, can't stop their timer, or only has the QR code in front of them, you can sort it out on the spot from the LuggageHero Dashboard: Storage Manager app on your phone.
Show your HeroCode and ask the traveler to scan it — the app pulls up their existing booking, or starts a new one if they don't have it yet.
What you need
The LuggageHero Dashboard: Storage Manager app, installed on your phone:
You can still reach the dashboard in any browser at dashboard.luggagehero.com, but the app is recommended because it lets you display your HeroCode and help travelers directly from your phone.
Help a traveler find their booking
Open the LuggageHero Dashboard: Storage Manager app on your phone.
Show your HeroCode to the traveler.
Ask them to scan the HeroCode with their phone camera.
If they already have a booking, the scan fetches it automatically — they can view it and stop their storage timer.
If no booking exists, the traveler is automatically prompted to create a new one.
When to use this
The traveler can't find their booking or closed the booking tab.
They only have the QR code and no confirmation.
They need to stop the timer but can't access their booking.
A walk-in arrives with no booking yet.
