You can book by email, phone number, or Apple/Google Pay. When you create a booking, you'll receive a booking confirmation via email or SMS based on your preferences. Both messages will contain a link to your booking page.

If you created your booking with Apple- or Google Pay, the booking confirmation will be sent to the email associated with either payment method.

Directions

Directions and addresses are provided after creating a booking. This is to ensure a smooth drop-off at arrival.

Drop-off and pick-up times

You can drop off and collect your bags at any time during the opening hours of our partner locations, which are shown on your booking page.

Pricing

LuggageHero offers Hourly and Daily storage. The storage rates may vary for some locations. The storage rate that applies to the storage location chosen is clearly shown in the Order Summary before confirming your booking. Read more about our rates, fees, and add-ons.

Final cost

The final cost for luggage storage is calculated when you collect your bags and stop the storage. Our system will automatically end the storage timer if:

  • Your bags are still checked in at an hourly rate, and the storage location chosen closes.

  • Your bags are still checked in at the daily rate, but you exceeded the days selected for storage when confirming your booking.

Cancellation

All bookings can be canceled until midnight, the day before your arrival. You can change storage locations by selecting a more convenient location without canceling your booking.

Cancellation fee

A fee applies for same-day cancellations.

No-show

If you fail to show up for the Terms & Conditions, a no-show fee equivalent to a full day of storage applies. Understand our no-show fee policy here.

Booking protection

Every booking includes protection from listing inaccuracies and other issues like trouble checking in. You can report an incident directly from your booking option to make sure that the LuggageHero customer success team is notified.
