1. Available marketing materials
Partners can order the following materials to promote their location and improve visibility:

2. Eligibility and ordering
SuperHero Partners
Receive marketing materials free of charge, based on availability.
Must provide proof of installation after delivery.
Contact support via your Partner Dashboard chat to place an order.
Non-SuperHero Partners
Can purchase selected marketing materials (e.g., street or wall signs).
The cost will be deducted automatically from your next payout.
Proof of installation is required for any free or discounted items.
3. Special conditions
Geographical availability
Materials are primarily shipped to Europe and the United Kingdom.
Partners outside the EU may still request delivery, subject to logistics approval and additional lead time.
Deposit for low-volume locations
Low-volume locations may be required to provide a refundable deposit equal to the item cost.
Deposits are automatically deducted from your next payout and refunded once installation is verified.
Usage policy
All marketing materials must be installed and used as intended to improve visibility and guide customers.
Improper use, non-installation, or loss of items may result in withheld deposits or a charge on the next invoice.
Consistent use of branded materials contributes to eligibility for higher partner levels.
4. How to order
Follow these steps to request marketing materials:
Log in to your Dashboard.
Open chat and contact support to request marketing materials.
Select your items (street signs, flags, HeroCode displays, etc.).
Confirm your shipping details.
Submit your order. Our Account Management Team will prepare and dispatch your shipment.
5. Delivery information
Delivery typically takes 5–14 days, depending on your location.
You’ll receive a confirmation once your shipment has been processed.
Partners outside the EU may experience slightly longer delivery times due to customs or logistics handling.
You will be required to submit a photo of the installed materials once received to verify compliance.
6. Reservation of rights
LuggageHero reserves the right to:
Refuse or delay distribution of materials to locations that do not comply with the Terms of Service or brand guidelines.
Require proof of installation and proper usage before approving further material orders.
