  • HeroCode Stickers: These are essential for enabling quick and easy check-ins using our QR code system.

  • HeroCode Desk Stands are conveniently placed at your service desk to assist walk-in customers.

  • Wall-Attached Signs: Durable signs can be mounted on walls to promote visibility.

Eligibility and Ordering Process

  • SuperHero Partners: If you have achieved SuperHero status, you can order these marketing materials free of charge, based on availability—contact support to place an order.

  • Non-SuperHero Partners: Non-SuperHero partners have the option to purchase street signs. The cost of these signs will be deducted from your booking payouts—contact support to place an order.

Special Conditions

  • Geographical Availability: Marketing materials are primarily sent to cities within Europe and the United Kingdom. However, partners located outside the EU may still request them.

  • Deposit for Low-Volume Locations: For locations with low booking volumes, a deposit equivalent to the cost of the item (street and wall signs) may be required. This deposit will be deducted from your payout.

  • Proof of Installation: Our Account Management team requires proper proof of installation for items ordered free of charge. This ensures compliance and adequate use of marketing materials.

Usage Policy: Inadequate use of marketing materials may lead to withholding the deposit or incurring a charge on the next scheduled invoice. All marketing materials must be used as intended to enhance visibility and customer convenience. Non-compliance with these guidelines may affect your partnership benefits.
