When you choose daily storage, you receive a whole 24-hour storage period starting from the time you drop off your bags.
How daily storage works
Daily storage covers 24 hours per booking.
For example:
If you drop off your bags at 1:00 PM on Monday, your 24-hour storage period ends at 1:00 PM on Tuesday.
You will be charged for one full day of storage during that period.
If you keep your bags beyond the initial 24 hours, additional daily charges will automatically apply.
When your storage period begins
Your 24-hour period starts the moment you start your storage timer in the LuggageHero app or on the website.
The timer records your drop-off time and ensures billing accuracy.
How billing is calculated
The system calculates your total storage duration from the time you start the storage timer.
You are charged a daily rate for each 24 hours.
If you exceed 24 hours, an additional daily rate is automatically applied.
You can always review your total cost in the order summary before confirming your booking.
