Placing materials in unauthorized or incorrect locations.
Failing to display materials as required by LuggageHero.
Tampering with, duplicating, or covering HeroCode QR codes.
Removing or altering signage without approval.
Using LuggageHero branding for non-LuggageHero activities.
Proper installation and visibility of all materials are required to maintain eligibility for partner benefits and marketing support.
2. Penalties for misuse
If LuggageHero identifies misuse of provided materials, the following charges may apply:
