Help travelers on the spot
If a traveler can't find their booking or only has the QR code, open the app and show your HeroCode. When they scan it, their existing booking is fetched automatically — or, if they don't have one, they're prompted to create a new booking.

Open dashboard.luggagehero.com in Safari.
Tap the Share icon (a square with an arrow pointing up).
