If you'll be away — a holiday, a day off, or renovations — you can stop receiving bookings for specific dates by setting exceptional opening hours in your Partner Dashboard. Here's how, plus what to do if you're leaving the program for good.
Block bookings for the dates you're closed
You can't deactivate your listing yourself, but you can mark yourself closed for any dates so no new bookings come in.
Sign in to the Partner Dashboard at dashboard.luggagehero.com.
Go to your opening hours settings.
Add exceptional opening hours and select all the dates you'll be closed.
Travelers won't be able to book your location for those dates. When the period ends, your normal opening hours apply again automatically.
Permanently closing your store
If you're leaving the LuggageHero Partner Program, email partner@luggagehero.com to have your listing deactivated. Include your store name and location so we can confirm and remove it — this isn't something that can be done from the dashboard.
Bookings already made
For any bookings already placed before you set the closed dates, honour them if you can, or contact us so we can reach the travelers.
Don't turn travelers away on arrival without notice — that can trigger refunds and affect your rating. See Storage Location Opening Hours.
Your payouts
Closing your store or marking closed dates does not affect payouts you've already earned — outstanding amounts are still processed to your payout method. See How to Set Up Your Payout Method.
