The SuperHero Program is LuggageHero’s highest partner tier. It rewards locations that provide excellent service, maintain high performance, and actively attract walk-in customers through adequate signage and a strong local presence.

SuperHero partners earn higher minimum guaranteed earnings, bonus rewards, and priority visibility in the marketplace.

SuperHero Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for SuperHero status, your location must meet and maintain the following:

Signage Activated

Your HeroCode signage must be connected and installed at the location.

Customer Rating

A strong traveler review score (e.g., 4.5+ average rating).

Low Incident Rate

Fewer than 2% customer-reported issues.

Walk-In Activity

A walk-in share that shows your location is generating local traffic.

These criteria ensure that SuperHero partners deliver reliable, trusted, and visible service to travelers.


SuperHero Program Enrollment Steps

You can enroll in the SuperHero program directly from your dashboard.

Step 1: Log in to your new Dashboard (Available January 1st).

  • Go to the SuperHero Program in your side menu.

  • You’ll see your current eligibility status and which criteria are complete.

Step 2: Review the Agreement

You will review the SuperHero agreement in 4 short steps:

  1. Benefits

  2. Requirements

  3. Risks of breach

  4. Final confirmation

Step 3: Submit Enrollment

Once accepted:

  • Your location becomes SuperHero Pending.

  • If all criteria are already met, → Your location becomes SuperHero Active.

  • If one or more criteria are not met, → You will see guidance on how to complete them.


If You’re Not Eligible Yet

Your dashboard will show:

  • Which requirement is still missing, and

  • What to do next (for example: improve rating, complete signage setup, increase walk-in activity).

Support and local account managers can provide guidance on improvements.


Maintaining SuperHero Status

To keep SuperHero status, your location must continue to:

  • Stay available during the listed hours

  • Handle luggage consistently and reliably

  • Maintain walk-in activity

  • Keep service quality strong

If performance drops below required levels, your location may be paused or returned to the standard partner level.


You can always reapply once performance improves.

  • How long does activation take?
    Most partners become active immediately once the criteria are met.
    Signage verification may take 1 day, depending on the region.

  • Do I need to be exclusive?
    Some SuperHero tiers require either 100% walk-ins or 100% exclusivity, depending on your location history. Your dashboard will display which options apply to you.

  • Can multiple locations under the same organization join?
    Yes, each location is evaluated individually.
