SuperHero Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for SuperHero status, your location must meet and maintain the following:

SuperHero Program Enrollment Steps
You can enroll in the SuperHero program directly from your dashboard.
Step 1: Log in to your new Dashboard (Available January 1st).
Go to the SuperHero Program in your side menu.
You’ll see your current eligibility status and which criteria are complete.
Step 2: Review the Agreement
You will review the SuperHero agreement in 4 short steps:

Step 3: Submit Enrollment
Once accepted:
Your location becomes SuperHero Pending.
If all criteria are already met, → Your location becomes SuperHero Active.
If one or more criteria are not met, → You will see guidance on how to complete them.

Which requirement is still missing, and
What to do next (for example: improve rating, complete signage setup, increase walk-in activity).

Maintaining SuperHero Status
To keep SuperHero status, your location must continue to:
Stay available during the listed hours
Handle luggage consistently and reliably
Maintain walk-in activity
Keep service quality strong
If performance drops below required levels, your location may be paused or returned to the standard partner level.
