If you can’t see your storage location on the LuggageHero map, don’t worry, this usually means your account is temporarily hidden or under review. Below are the most common reasons this happens and how to resolve it.
1. Location Deactivated Due to Incidents
If your location has a high incident rate (e.g. customers reporting closures, incorrect hours, or confusion at check-in), it may be temporarily deactivated.
Once the issue is resolved and verified by our Account Management team, your location will be reactivated.
2. Account Not Eligible or Pending Approval
If your business does not yet meet the requirements to operate as a LuggageHero storage location, or if the review is still in progress, your listing will remain hidden until eligibility is confirmed.
3. Registering Walk-Ins Is Required to Remain Active on the Platform
Locations that do not register walk-in bookings over time may be automatically deactivated.
To stay active, make sure you regularly register walk-ins using your HeroCode.
4. Unresponsive Account Management Communication
If our Account Management team has reached out and received no response, your listing may be temporarily paused for compliance reasons.
Please reply to any pending emails or chat messages from our team to restore visibility.
