The HeroCode and LuggageHero service fees
The HeroCode automatically detects if a customer has a booking. If a customer without a booking before arrival scans the HeroCode (QR code), the customer will instantly be asked to create a booking.
We have applied a different commission structure to self-acquired booking.
The cost for luggage storage may vary for the customer when booking directly at your location.
