  • Listing Inaccuracies: If the storage location does not match the description on LuggageHero, or if there are discrepancies such as space availability, you are protected from any charges related to storage.

  • Check-in Troubles: If you experience problems during check-in, such as a closed location during scheduled hours or refusal of service.

How to Report an Incident

If you encounter any issues covered under Booking Protection, follow these steps to report the incident:

  1. Access Your Booking: Go to your current bookings page on the LuggageHero platform or app.

  2. Report the Issue: Select the booking affected, and use the "Report Incident" option to notify our Customer Success Team.

  3. Describe the Problem: Provide a detailed description of the issue you faced. Include photos to help us understand the situation better.

  4. Submit Your Report: Once you've completed the details, submit your report. Our Customer Success Team will review your claim. If we need more information, our support team may contact you.

To protect our partner location from misuse, reporting an incident is only available during the location's stated operating hours.

Response and Resolution

Upon receiving your report, the LuggageHero Customer Success Team will:

  • Acknowledge Receipt: We will confirm we've received your report and are reviewing the details.

  • Investigate Promptly: Our team will investigate the issue, which may involve contacting the storage location for further details.

  • Resolve the Issue: We aim to resolve any reported issues swiftly. Resolutions may include refunds, booking transfers to a different location, or other appropriate compensatory actions.
