  1. Online Payment System: LuggageHero's online payment system is the primary method for processing payments for luggage storage. It offers a secure and convenient way for customers to complete transactions. As a storage location partner, it is vital to encourage customers to make their payments through our platform. This ensures proper tracking, recording, and support from our team. Please only accept cash payments if specifically instructed due to a declined payment method.

  2. Tracking and Recording Payments: Payments made through our platform are appropriately tracked and recorded, enabling us to provide necessary support and assistance to customers and partners.

    LuggageHero's payment protection policy does not cover payments made directly to a partner location. As a partner, you assume all risks associated with these transactions.

Drop-Off Guidelines:

Registering Drop-Offs: When a customer arrives at your LuggageHero partner location, it is essential to start the storage process by registering the drop-off through the LuggageHero app. This step ensures accurate documentation and proper handling of the customer's luggage. It also allows us to provide effective support in case of any issues during the storage period. Failure to register a drop-off or cancellation will be treated as a no-show.

No-Show Policy:

  1. No-Show Definition: A booking will be considered a no-show if the customer pays for luggage storage directly at your location and the drop-off is not registered through the LuggageHero app. In such cases, associated no-show charges will be applied.
