Payment Failures: What to Do if Your Payment Fails
Updated over 11 months ago

We understand that sometimes unexpected issues can arise when paying for your luggage storage booking. If you encounter a payment failure, we're here to guide you through resolving the issue. In this help center article, we'll provide step-by-step instructions on what to do if your payment fails.

1. Retry the Payment or Change Payment Method:

If your payment fails, the first step is to retry the payment. On the payment page, you can complete the payment using the credit card you added initially. Simply follow the instructions on the screen to retry the payment.

Alternatively, you can change your payment method by clicking the blue button that says "Use another payment card" or navigating to Booking options > Payment options. This will allow you to select a different payment card to complete the transaction.

2. Pay in the Shop:

If you're still experiencing trouble with the online payment the shop manager may be able to process the payment for you directly at the storage location. To choose this option, click the "Pay in the shop" button. This will notify the storage manager immediately that you have selected "direct payment." Show the pick-up confirmation screen to the shop manager as proof of your completed payment.

Please note that the "Pay in the shop" option should only be used if you cannot pay online.

Encountering a payment failure can be frustrating, but we're here to help you resolve the issue. If your payment fails, we recommend retrying the payment with the credit card you added or changing your payment method.
