However, for safety, legal, and practical reasons, some items cannot be stored.
These rules follow our Terms & Conditions and may also include additional restrictions set by individual partner locations.
Accepted luggage
You can store standard travel items such as:
Suitcases
Backpacks
Duffel bags
Sports bags
Golf Bags
Bike bags
All items must be securely closed and easy to handle.
Non-standard or prohibited items
The following items cannot be stored at any LuggageHero location:
Jewelry or cash
Weapons or ammunition
Valuable documents or artworks
Life-saving medicine
Explosive items or substances
Flammable fluids or materials
Live animals or humans
Perishable goods (including food)
Narcotics or euphoric substances
Items illegal under Danish or local law
Fragile or irreplaceable items
Items with significant sentimental value
Any other items similar to those listed above
If you’re unsure whether an item qualifies as non-standard, contact support before booking.
Oversized or irregular items
Extremely large or irregularly shaped items (such as furniture, bicycles, or equipment) may not be accepted at some storage locations.

Why do these restrictions exist
These rules are in place to:
Ensure the safety of customers, staff, and partner locations
Comply with local and international regulations
Protect your belongings and avoid storing items that cannot be insured
